spot the missing _______
Once again, I'm bored lah. With the inability to download one piece till sunday midnite, i shall blog useless stuff. hmm, then again, my blog was never really useful to begin with. oh well. yes, spot the missing toe(nail). k, i know it's gross, but heck, i just had to show it to the virtual world to see. yeah, ever since i, umm, moved to melbourne, i've been injured many times. my right heel still hurts which i suspect is a nerve out of place, which makes it painful when i wear shoes. the missing toenail oh, but wait, that was due to the last time i was at zouk when some moron stepped on my toe. there's gonna be another missing one soon, the left big toe.. ugh. why, simply because i stubbed it against my METAL bedframe. it's kinda blue-black in color which was why i painted my nails. it's a lousy job but who cares really, as long it gives me the illusion of unharmed nails, i'm not really gonna care. i hate my feet too by the way. the turn into a zombie like color whenever it gets cold, which translates to 'all the time'.
anyhow, change of topic from my sad and gross feet. have you truly wondered how technology is shaping our lives and the different circumstances which would make different technologies more important? back in singapore, my mobile would be way more important than my internet connection, cos i would have people to text, call simply to chat or to arrange impromptu meetings. here my internet connection is placed on a pedestal which is almost reaching the status of godlike. even with no one really to chat on msn, i would be somewhat satisfied with the ability to download shows to keep me company. reading myself type this makes it sad i suppose. and the people who loathe me who actually would bother reading this, would further loathe me and my pathetic ways even more. oh but who cares, this is a self fufilling prophecy or is it more of a catch 22? i have an external locus of control perhaps? most probably i would say. who cares really? i am just another person who falls into the monotony of the possible outcomes of life. what makes a life satsifying really? it's up to oneself, oh well, i hate my life but i did kinda choose it, my fault. no one else to blame. maybe i should have chosen to live in a dorm and not alone, maybe i should have stuck with studying business and not communications. choices draw the path of our destination be it planned or not. regret is looking at the path already taken and wondering if you have made the right choice. maybe i'm kidding myself on not regretting the choices that i have made. maybe i'm wallowing in regret, slowly drowning myself.
extrovert, introvert, in singapore i would be labelled an extrovert, over here, i'm pretty sure i would be an introvert, such a far cry don't you think. can one really be both? i could be an example.. relationships built on time and interaction.. bah.
i got sick of my ramblings and thoughts.
