birthdays. they used to be so exciting, leaving me wondering what's in store for the day. wishing people would hold surprise parties for me. i've left that all behind now. i don't wanna be all high on anticipation, and be let down so badly like an elephant being thrown from a 10 storey building. it's crushing, really. that aside, i still like surprise parties.
